<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />8037-05 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Coríiga~, Dever;'~~, <br />FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION appointing Mary Cierebiej to fIll the vacancy of a <br />resigning member otíhe newly formed Lakewood Infrastructure Committee. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OIDO: <br /> <br />Section 1. In order to provide a timely replacement for a resigning member <br />of the Infrastructure Committee, this resolution shall be in force immediately Upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least <br />five (5) of the members elected to Council, otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force <br />after the earliest period allowed by la¡w. <br /> <br />Section 2. That Council hereby appoints Mary Cierebiej to the Lakewood <br />Infrastructure Commit,tee. <br /> <br />Section 3.
