RESOLUTION NO 8047-05 BY'Demro, Corrigan~ Dunn, FitzGerald, Daver~ Seelie A RESOLUTION congratulating Kfistopher R. Graber on earning the rank of Eagle Scout as a member of Boy Scout Troop 293 Wt{EREAS, this council recognizes the commitment required to eaxn this honor as only four-percent of Boy Scouts nationwide ever do, and, WHEREAS, we appreciate the ~rdssion of the Boy Scouts of America in that it prepares young people to make ethical and moral choices over a lifethne while fostering character development and values-based training, and, WHEREAS, we want to ackimwledge the hard work accomplished by Kristopher in earning the Arrow of Light, Light of Christ, Parvdii Dei, mhd A1 Atari Dei awards, and, WHEREAS, Kdstopher has displayed his ability to be a well-rounded individual through his participation in the Lakewood Soccer Association, the St. Edward High School Soccer Teton, and at Cuyahoga Community College, is a self-taught musician, all the ~vhile maintaining a 3 0 grade pdint average, m~d, WHEREAS, we would t/ke to extend our pride and praise to lthn for fiflfilling all 6f the requirements of leadership, smwice, mhd outdoor skills that have earned him the rank of Eagle Scout, and, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAREWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' Section h That the Clerk of Lakewood City Council is hereby authorized and directed to fmwvard a copy of this resolution to Kristopher R. Graber of 2196 Mars Avenue Section 2 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and ralafing to the passage of fids resolution were adopted in mx open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberation of Com~cil and of any of its conanittees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in complimace with all legal requirements
