RESOLUTION NO.: 8063-06 <br /> <br />BY:Antonio, Butler, Demro, Dever, <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Paul Wingenfeld for his dedicated service <br />to the City of Lakewood as a member of the City of Lakewood Planning <br />Commission <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Paul Wingenfeld was appointed to the City of Lakewood <br />Planning Commission due to his knowledge of Lakewood and his dedication to <br />this community; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during his tenure on the City 0f Lakewood Planning <br />Commission, Paul Wingenfeld demonstrated a strong commitment to this <br />important civic position; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Paul <br />Wingenfeld should be given public cognizance and recognition Now, therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor extend to Paul Wingenfeld their <br />appreciation for his valued and dedicated public service as a member of the City <br />of Lakewood Planning Commission, and that of all citizens of this community in <br />an expression of appreciation by this public recognition <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Paul Wingenfeld, 1240 <br />Andrews Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, and that a copy of this Resolution be <br />spread upon the minutes of this meeting <br /> <br /> Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements ~ <br /> <br />Approved~ ~".z-,~, ~ 0%00 0 <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
