RESOLUTION NO.: 806/4-06 <br /> <br />FitzGerald, MadigansSeelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Judy Riley for her dedicated service as a <br />member of the City of Lakewood Civil Service Commission <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Judy Riley was appointed to the Civil Service Commission in <br />January 2000 and re,appointed in January 2003, and has served six years on <br />the Board; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, during her tenure on the Civil Service Commission, Judy <br />Riley has demonstrated a strong commitment to this important position; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Judy <br />Riley should be given public cognizance and recognition, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1. That this Council and Mayor extend to Judy Riley their <br />appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the <br />Lakewood Civil Service Commission, and that of all citizens of this community in <br />an expression of appreciation by this public recognition <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Judy Riley, 17205 Lake <br />Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread <br />upon the minutes of this meeting. <br /> <br /> Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />ApprOved: <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />_Ma)y~r~ <br /> <br /> <br />
