RESOLUTION NO <br /> <br />8068-06 <br /> <br />FitzGerald, Madigan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to appoint Niekie J. Antonio as a <br />member of the Govarrdng Board of Lakewood Hospital for the full two-year term <br />ending December 31, 2007 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a timely appointment to the Lakewood Hospital <br />Governing Board will provide irmnediate representation on the Board and <br />contribute to the inmaediate preservation of the public peace, property, health, <br />safety and welfare in the City for the usual dally operations of the City; now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council hereby appoints Nickie J. AntoniOas a <br />member of the Governing Board of Lakewood Hospital for the full two-year term <br />ending December 31, 2007. <br /> <br /> Section 2 That tiffs Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />irmnedlately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor for reasons <br />previously set forth and defined, provided it receives the affirmative vote of at <br />least five (5) of its members elected to Council, otherwise, it shah take effect and <br />be in force after the earliest period allowed by law <br /> <br /> Section 3 It is found and determined that ail formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council and that all such deliberations of the Council <br />and any of its committees that resulted .in such formal action, were in meetings <br />open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br />Adopted:~b~ <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
