RESOLUTION NO.: 8076-06 <br /> <br />Madigan~ Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to commend Barbara McDonnell for her volunteer civic <br />service to the City of Lakewood as a member of the Fair Employment Wage <br />Board. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Barbara McDonnell was appointed by Mayor George to the <br />Fair Employment Wage Board of the City of Lakewood for a two year period; <br />and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Barbara McDonnell was elected by the members of the <br />Board as Vice-Chair to the Fair Employment Wage Board; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by <br />Barbara McDonnell should be given public cognizance and recognition Now, <br />therefore; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1~ That this Council and Mayor extend to Barbara McDonnell <br />their appreciation for her valued and dedicated public service as a member of <br />the City of Lakewood Vair Employment Wage Board and the appreciation of all <br />the citizens of this community through this public recognition <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Barbara McDonnell, 2149 Brown <br />Road, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread upon <br />the minutes of this meeting <br /> <br /> Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings <br />open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements <br /> <br />Approved. <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />i3]erk ~' O <br /> <br /> <br />
