RESOLUTIONNO' 8090~06 BY' Antoni% Butler~ Demro, <br /> FitzGerald, Madigan~ Se~lie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to congratulate Lakewood High School senior Joe Franke~field on his <br />many achievements while a member o£the 2006 Lakewood High School Swhn Team <br /> <br /> WIqEREAS, the 2006 Lakewood High School Swhn Team has had an exciting and <br />successful season in which many of the team members achieved their personal best; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Joe Frankenfield won the Lake Erie League championship in the 100 yard <br />freestyle; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Lakewood are proud of this young athlete and <br />his dedication to his spor~; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is appropriate to recognize the accomplishments of Joe Frankei'diald of <br />the 2006 Lakewood H/gh School Swim Team with this resolution to extehd to him our pride in <br />his accomplishment, Now, therefore: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEwOoD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br /> Section 1 That this Council and Mayor extend to Joe Frankenfreld their co~gratulations <br />on his accomplislunents as a member of the 2006 Lakewood High School Sxvim Team <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby anthorized and directed to <br />forward a copy this Resolution to: Joe Frankenfield and that a copy of this Resolution be spread <br />upon the minutes of this meet/rig <br /> <br /> Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that ali such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal action were in meeth~gs open to the public in compliance w/th all legal requirements <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />PRESIDENT <br /> <br />Approved:~/~./~ ~'Z~(/t~ <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
