RESOLUTION NO. 8149-07 <br /> <br />BY: ~,tonio, Butler, Demro, <br /> Dever, FitzGerald, M~dlgan, Seelie. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION to appoint Nathan Nelly as a Communit¢ Trustee of the <br />Lakewood Hospital Association Board for an unexpired five-year term, ending December <br />31, 2010. <br /> <br />BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CiTY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Council hereby appoints Nathan KeZly as a <br />Community Trustee of the Lakewood Hospital Association Board for an unexpired five- <br />year term, ending December 31, 2010. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
