RESOLUTION NO 8183-07 <br /> <br />FitzGerald, Madigan, Seetie. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION commending Ennis Court for being rated one of Ohio's top 10 nursing <br />homes by the Nursing Facility Family Satisfaction Survey of nursing homes sponsored by <br />the Ohio Department of Aging <br /> <br />Whereas Eunis Court is one of Lakewood's many fine assisted living and skilled nursing <br />facilities focused on quality of life for our seniors and their families; <br /> <br />Whereas Ennis Court is one of Lakewood's premier businessesfemploying over 55 people <br />who in turn contribute to the local economy, and also a good neighbor who by design <br />expanded its facility and landscaped its grounds to respect the character of the Nicholson <br />House and historic Clarence Avenue homes; and <br /> <br />Whereas Ennis Court again received a perfect score in the Ohio Depanmant of Health <br />Quality Assurance Health Survey in 2006 because of its employees and owner and their <br />dedication to service; and <br /> <br />Whereas in 2007, under the ieadership of Patrice Campbell. Eunis Cour~ is the anly <br />privately owned skilled nursing home rated in Ohio's Top 10 by the Nursing Facility <br />Family Satisfaction Survey of nursing homes sponsored by the Ohio Department of <br />Aging, a distinction which should make all of Lakewood proudl and <br /> <br />Whereas Ennis Court continues to provide holistic care m an atmosphere of dignity, <br />compassion and fun. focuses on the patient as well as Ihe family all the while maintaining <br />the highest level of care to Lakewood's seniors; now. therefore~ <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO' <br /> <br />Section 1. That this Council and Mayor commend Ennis Court as a family-centered <br />Lakewood Institution and good nmghbor, and wish it continued success and recognition <br />throughout the State of Ohio and beyond <br /> <br />Section 2 That the Clerk of Council be and is hereby authorized and directed to forward <br />a copy of this Resolution to Patrice Campbell and that a copy of this Resolution be spread <br />upon the minutes of the meeting <br /> <br />Section 3 It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this <br />Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that <br />resulted in such formal action were ~ meeth~gs open to the publi~ in compliance with all <br />legal requirements. <br /> <br />Adopted' <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />M~ybr ~/ / <br /> <br /> <br />
