RESOLUTION NO 8184-07 BY: Antonio, Butler, Demro, Dever, <br /> FitzGerald, Madigan, Se~lie. <br /> A RESOLUTION congratulating Ronald Robert Giennarm, a member of the Boy Scouts <br />of America, on earning the rank of Eagle Scout <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Boy Scouts of America is the nation's foremost youth program of <br />character development and values-based leadership training, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Scouting offers young people responsible fan and adventure, instills values <br />and develops ethical character as expressed in the Scout Oath and Law, and trains young people <br />in citizenship, service, and leadership, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, while in Cub Scouts Ronald Giermann earned the God and Me and God and <br />Cotmtry Medals and the Arrow of Light, later joining Troop 293 and serving as Troop Guide; <br />now, therefore <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br /> <br /> Section i That this body would like to extend its congratulations and a corm-nendation <br />for a longtime commitment that led to earning this distinguished rank from the Boy Scouts of <br />America. <br /> <br /> Section 2 That the Clerk of Lakewood City Council is hereby authorized and dkected to <br />forward a copy of th/s resolution to Ronald Robert Giennmm of 14925 Lmming Avenue, and that <br />a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of the meeting <br /> <br /> Section 3 It is found and determined that ail formal actions of the Com~cil concerning <br />and relating to the passage of diis resolution were adopted in an Open meeting of this Coancil, <br />and that all such deliberation of Council and any of its committees that resulted in such formal <br />action were in meetings open to the public in compliance wi~ all~l~ents ~ <br />Adopted: ~(,~ /J~t 2. o~ 7 <br /> PILESIDENT <br /> <br /> CLERK I <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br /> <br />
