RESOLUTION N0: 8?30-08 BY: ^nt~nic, srllnck, Butlerl~ Devar, Madigan, <br />A RESOLUTION commending Traci Neligah Burke for public service as a <br />member of the Board of Zoning Appeals from January 1, 2003 through December 31, <br />2007. <br />WHEREAS, Traci Neligan Burke was appointed by the Council of the City <br />of Lakewood as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals, for afive-year term, serving <br />as Vice-Chairman in 2004 and 2005; and <br />WHEREAS, Mrs. Burke served as Chairman in 2006 and 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, during her tenure as a member of the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals, Mrs. Burke demonstrated sincere interest in the preservation and future <br />development of our community; and <br />WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the public service rendered by Mrs. <br />Burke be given public cognizance and recognition; now therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That this Council and the Mayor extend to Traci Neligan Burke <br />their appreciation for the valued and dedicated public service as a member of the Board <br />of Zoning Appeals, and that of all citizens of this community in an expression of <br />appreciation by this public recognition. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Traci Neligan Burke, 1068 <br />Nicholson Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, and that a copy of this Resolution be spread <br />upon the minutes of this meeting. <br />Adopted: ~ ~ v a <br />Approved: ~~ a ' D~ <br />~~ <br />PRESIDENT <br />
