<br />PLEASE SUBSTITUTE FOR RESOLUTION NO. 8231- <br />08 REFERRED TO THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE 2/4/08. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8231-08 <br /> <br />BY: Antonio, Bullock, Butler, Dever, <br />Powers, Summers. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to appoint Michael Fleenor as a member of the <br />Lakewood Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review/Sign Review <br />Board for the full five-year term ending December 31, 2009. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Article XIV, Section l(A), of the Second Amended <br />Charter of the City of Lakewood, Council hereby appoints Michael Fleenor as a member <br />of the Lakewood Board of Building Standards/Architectural Board of Review/Sign <br />Review Board for the full five-year term ending December 31, 2009. <br /> <br />¡ <br /> <br />Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor at the earliest period allowed <br />bylaw. <br />Section 3.
