<br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to forward a <br />certified copy of this Resolution to Richard J. Sicha, Chairman, Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board, and that <br />a copy of this Resolution be spread upon the minutes of this meeting. <br /> <br />Section 3.
