to provide for the usual daily operation of municipal departments in that this application <br />must be submitted immediately to take advantage of these services for Lakewood <br />residents. Now, therefore <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City of Lakewood, STATE OF OHIO <br />Section 1. That Resolution No. 8304-08, adopted October 20, 2008, currently <br />reading as follows: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor, or his designee, is hereby authorized, <br />on behalf of the City, to enter into a Partnership Agreement with the <br />Cleveland Christian Home of the Community Care Network to accept <br />funds to support the CTSOC Parent Advocate Program in Lakewood for <br />the period November 1, 2008 to October 31, 2008. <br />Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor, or his designee, on behalf of the City, <br />is hereby authorized to enter into a Partnership Agreement with The <br />Community Care Network and Positive Education Program to enable the <br />City of Lakewood to receive the services of a Tapestry System of Care <br />Parent Advocate and a Positive Education Program Tapestry Care <br />Coordinator for the period of November 1, 2008 to October 31, 2009 and <br />to receive reimbursement for overhead costs associated with those <br />position in an amount not to exceed $24,500 from The Community Care. <br />Network. <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health, <br />safety and welfare in the City and for the usual daily operation of the City for the <br />reasons set forth and defined in the preamble to this resolution, and provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of at least five (5) of its members elected to Council, this resolution <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption by the Council and <br />approval by the Mayor otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />
