Now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City of Lakewood, STATE OF OHIO Section 1. That Resolution No. 8304-08, adopted October 20, 2008, currently reading as follows: Section 1. That the Mayor, or his designee, is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City, to enter into a Partnership Agreement with the Cleveland Christian Home of the Community Care Network to accept funds to support the CTSOC Parent Advocate Program in Lakewood for the period November 1, 2008 to October 31, 2008. Is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1. That the Mayor, or his designee, on behalf of the City, is hereby authorized to enter into a Partnership Agreement with The Community Care Network and Positive Education Program to enable the City of Lakewood to receive the services of a Tapestry System of Care Parent Advocate and a Positive Education Program Tapestry Care Coordinator for the period of November 1, 2008 to October 31, 2009 and to receive reimbursement for overhead costs associated with those position in an amount not to exceed $24,500 from The Community Care. Network. Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements. Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, property, health, safety and welfare in the City and for the usual daily operation of the City for the reasons set forth and defined in the preamble to this resolution, and provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) of its members elected to Council, this resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption by the Council and approval by the Mayor otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after the earliest period allowed by law.
