PROVISION 9 Record Retention <br />The sub-gantee and contractor shall retain all required records for three years after <br />gantee or sub-gantees make final payments and all other pending matters are closed,. <br />PROVISION 10 Liability Disclaimer <br />The parties agee that the Ohio Departrnent of Public Safety, Traffic Safety Office, is <br />not the employer of any personnel involved in said contract.
