RESOLUTION N0. $355-09 BY: Antonio, Bullock, Sutler, Dever, <br />Madigan, Suers. <br />A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to accept, on behalf of the City of <br />Lakewood, the donation of graphic design services and brochures for Dana's <br />Legacy valued at over $1,000. <br />WHEREAS, Judy Frankel has generously offered to pay for brochures, <br />including design services, for the Dana's Legacy program for the City of <br />Lakewood; and <br />WHEREAS, Dana's Legacy is a park beautification program named after <br />Dana Sue Rolland, the daughter of Judy Frankel; and <br />WHEREAS, the program is available to those who want to honor a loved <br />one by purchasing a plaque to be placed on a bench, at the base of a tree or near <br />a flower garden. Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to accept, on behalf of the City <br />of Lakewood, the donation of graphic design services and brochures for Dana's <br />Legacy valued at over $1,000. <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this <br />Council concerning and relating to the passage of this ordinance were addpted in <br />an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and <br />of any of its committees that resulted in such formal actions were in meetings <br />open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Adopted: U~..e l.S v <br />Approved:~~ <br />~, <br />President <br />~t emu... ~ lam ~,... <br />Clerk <br />Mayor <br />
