RESOLUTION NO. 8408=10 BY: Antonio, Bullock, Butler, Madigan, <br />Powers, Smith, Sinners. <br />A RESOLUTION to take effect immediately provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />at least five (5) members elected to Council otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after <br />the earliest period allowed by law approving Council's nomination and appointment of <br />David SanQree as a .member of the Municipal Income Tax Board of <br />Review for a one year term ending December 31, 2010. <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 128.2501 of the Lakewood Codified Ordinances <br />Council is hereby required to make appointments to the Municipal Income Tax Board of Review <br />in preparation of the tax season which is now presently upon us and therefore necessitates timely <br />appointments to the Board should hearings be requested, and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Article III, Section 10 and 13 of the SECOND AMENDED <br />CHARTER OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor for reasons previously set forth and <br />defined, provided it receives the affirmative vote of at least five (5) of its members elected to <br />Council, otherwise, it shall take effect and be in force after thee earliest period allowed by law; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the council hereby approves the nomination and appointment of <br />David Sangree as a member of the Municipal Income Tax Board of Review for a one year <br />term commencing January 1, 2010 and ending December 31, 2010. <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning <br />and relating to the passage of this Resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal actions were in meetings open to the <br />public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Section 3.
