This petition may be executed in several counterparts, each of which will be an original and all of which will <br />constitute one and the same instrument. This petition shall be one and the same petition even if Section 5, <br />Section 6 and Exhibits D, E, F and G hereof may contain information specific to the signer of this counterpart of <br />the Petition. <br />The City Council of the City is hereby respectfully requested to approve, by resolution, this Petition to <br />Create the City of Cleveland -First Suburbs Development Council Advanced Energy Special <br />Improvement District, to adopt the Plan, approve. the Project and the special energy improvement <br />projects identified in Exhibit F to be developed by participating political subdivisions in the District <br />within sixty (60) days of this Petition being filed with the City. <br />snsss~~-~ 4 <br />
