RESOLUTION N0. 8445-10 BY: Antonio, Bullocx, Butler, <br />Madigan, Smith, Summers. <br />A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, on behalf of the City, to <br />enter into an Agreement with the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners to accept <br />and expend funds for the Urban Area Security Initiative in an amount estimated at Five <br />Thousand Dollars ($5,000). <br />WHEREAS, the City has been awarded $5,000 for overtime costs associated with <br />an Urban Area Security Initiative and State Homeland Security Grant Exercise Program. <br />Now Therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br />Section i. That the Mayor, or his designee, on behalf of the City, to enter into <br />an Agreement with the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners to accept and expend <br />funds for the Urban Area Security Initiative in an amount estimated at Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($5,000). <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Adopted: ~it. ~J .d <br />Approved: ~l ~d/~~ <br />.~ <br />President <br />. 7 <br />Clerk <br />r <br />Mayor <br />
