RESOLUTION N0. 8445-10 BY: Antonio, Bullocx, Butler, <br />Madigan, Smith, Summers. <br />A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, on behalf of the City, to <br />enter into an Agreement with the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners to accept <br />and expend funds for the Urban Area Security Initiative in an amount estimated at Five <br />Thousand Dollars ($5,000). <br />WHEREAS, the City has been awarded $5,000 for overtime costs associated with <br />an Urban Area Security Initiative and State Homeland Security Grant Exercise Program. <br />Now Therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO <br />Section i. That the Mayor, or his designee, on behalf of the City, to enter into <br />an Agreement with the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners to accept and expend <br />funds for the Urban Area Security Initiative in an amount estimated at Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($5,000). <br />Section 2.
