AMENDED <br />ON THE FLOOR 1/18/11. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8464-10 BYc Bullock, Butler, Juris, Madigan, <br />Nowlin, Powers. <br />A RESOLUTION to appoint ~~ r:F a~~ Si c~a as a <br />member of the Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board for the full four-year term <br />commencing January 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 2014. <br />WHEREAS, in order for the Lakewood. Heritage Advisory <br />Board to conduct business with the benefit of full membership and to allow <br />.for Council appointee representation to occur in a timely fashion this <br />Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD; STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br />Section 1. Lakewood Council hereby appoints ~' !, S iAa <br />as a Member of the Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board for the full four-year <br />term begmning January 1, 2011, and ending December3l, 2014. <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolufion were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br />the Council and any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, <br />were in meetings open. to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requiremerrts. <br />Section 3. That this resolution shall take immediate effect and <br />be in force after the earliest period allowed by law for the reasons set forth in <br />a separate section thereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of at <br />least five (5) of its members elected to Council. <br />Adopted. yys, ~ fir/ <br />Approved: j~ <br />
