AMENDED ON THE <br />FLOOR 1/18/11, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8465-10 <br />BY: Bullock, Butler, Juris, Madigan, <br />Nowlin, Powers. <br />A RESOLUTION to appoint t eFs ~o as a <br />,member of the Lakewood.Heritage Advisory Board for the. full four-year term <br />commencing January 1, 2011 and ending December 31, 2014. <br />WHEREAS, in order for the Lakewood Heritage Advisory <br />Board to conduct business with the benefit of full membership and to allow <br />for Council appointee representation to occur in a fimely fashion this <br />Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon its passage. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br />Section 1. Lakewood Council hereby appoints ~o ~ <br />as a Member of the Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board for the full four-year <br />term beginning January 1, 2011, and ending December 31, 2014. <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of <br />this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were <br />adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of <br />the Council and any of its committees that resulted in such formal action, <br />were in meetings open to the public; in compliance with all legal <br />requirements. <br />Section 3.
