RESOLUTION NO. 8515-11 BY: Anderson, Bullock, 7uris, Madigan, <br />Nowlin, Powers, Smith. <br />A Resolution authorizing the donation for the sale of 20 used benches that are <br />currently located at the Lakewood Dog Park to Friends of the Lakewood Dog Park with <br />the proceeds to be used toward the purchase of new benches for the park. <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to allow the Friends of Lakewood Dog Park to use <br />these assets to raise funds for the improvement of the park with new benches. Now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Council of the City of Lakewood hereby approves the <br />donation for sale of of 20 used benches that are currently located at the Lakewood Dog <br />Park to Friends of the Lakewood Dog Park with the proceeds to be used toward the <br />purchase of new benches for the park. <br />Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open <br />meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its <br />committees that resulted in such formal actions were in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Adopted: `z Zo/f <br />Approved:_~> 7Z~~! 1 <br />President <br />
