Project. This obligation shall include obligations .incurred that result from any <br />consent decree or seftlement agreement. <br />4. Insurance. <br />Prior to commencement of any work and until completion of its work under the contract, <br />CITYand each subcontractor at all tiers shall maintain the following insurance coverage, <br />at its cost, from insurers acceptable to the GCRTA and shall comply with all provisions <br />of this article; and CITY shall give evidence of its and all subcontractors coverage to <br />GCRTA prior to commencing work at the project site. CITY shall Include language in its <br />subcontracts and require its subcontractors to include language in their subcontracts to <br />require the subcontractors at ail tiers to establish the same requirements on alt levels of <br />subcontractors. The insurance coverage required is: <br />a. Commercial General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1 m/IlJon combined single <br />limit each occurrence for bodily injury andlor property damage with a $1 million per <br />project annual aggregate. Said policy shall also include; <br />• Premises /Operations coverage <br />• Personal {njury coverage <br />• Liability for independent contractors <br />• Products /Completed Operations liability insurance: This insurance must be maintained <br />for a period of not less than 5 years from the completion of the work. <br />• Contractual liability coverage insuring the "hold harmless" provision set forth in Article 7. <br />• Liability for explosion, collapse and underground property damage <br />• Said policy shall be written on an "occurrence" basis. <br />• GCRTA will accept any combination of primary CGL and Excess or Umbrella policies to <br />meet the minimum coverage requirements above. <br />b. Automobile Liability Insurance in the amount of $1 million combined single limit each <br />accident for bodily injury andlor property damage. Said policy shalt apply to all owned, <br />leased, hired and non-owned vehicles used in connection with the work. <br />c. Statutory Workers' Compensation coverage in compliance with alt applicable state <br />workers' compensation laws to cover all employees furnishing labor under the terms of <br />this contract and under the control of CITY or subcontractor. Employers' Liability <br />coverage in the amount of $1 million per accident i $1 million per employee for <br />disease wilt also be included, either under the Workers' Compensation policy or under <br />the Commercial General Liability policy (Stop Gap} referenced under a, above. In Ohio: <br />a copy of a certificate of premium payment from the Industrial Commission and Bureau <br />of Workers' Compensation, or a copy of the Certificate of Employer's Right to Pay <br />Compensation Directly. <br />d. Property Insurance written on a builder's risk "all-risk" or equivalent policy form in the <br />amount of the initial Contract Sum, plus the value of subsequent Contract <br />modifications' and cost of materials supplied or installed by others, comprising total <br />value for the entire Project at the site on a replacement cost basis. Such property <br />insurance shall be maintained until final acceptance by owner, unless otherwise <br />specified in the contract documents. This insurance shall include the interests of the <br />Owner, the Contractor, Subcontractors and Sub-subcontractors. The Owner shall be <br />named as a Toss payee as their interests may appear. <br />Property insurance shall be on an "alt-risk" or equivalent policy form and shall include, <br />
