RESOLUTION NO. 8612-12 BY: Anderson, Bullock, Juris, Madigan, <br />Nowlin, Powers, Smith. <br />A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor or his designee to enter into an agreement with <br />Cuyahoga County to accept funds estimated to be $74,000 for the provision of adult <br />development services, congregate meals and transportation for seniors tluough the Division of <br />Senior and Adult Services. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood has been awarded a grant in an amount estimated at <br />$74,000 fm• the provision of adult development services, congregate meals and transportation for <br />seniors served by the City of Lakewood from Cuyahoga County. Now therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor or his designee is hereby authorized to enter into an <br />agreement with Cuyahoga County to accept funds in an amount estimated to be $74,000 through <br />the Division of Senior and Adult Services for the provision of adult development services, <br />congregate meals and transportation for seniors served by the City of Lakewood. <br />Section 2.
