Section 1. That the Mayor and Council, on behalf of the City of Lakewood, <br />designate the month of February 2013 as National Teen Dating Violence Awareness and <br />Prevention Month and call upon the people of Lakewood, including youth and parents, <br />schools, law enforcement, state and local officials, and interested groups to observe the <br />month with appropriate programs and activities that promote awareness and prevention of <br />the crime of teen dating violence in the Lakewood community. <br />Section 2.
