Whereas, 3.9 mills amounts to an added cost to taxpayers of approximately $10 per month per $100,000 in home valuation that Lakewood City Schools is committed to making last for three years, now, therefore: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That Lakewood City Council hereby endorses the 3.9 mill operating levy and recommends that Lakewood voters adopt the 3.9 mill operating levy on May 7, 2013. Section 2. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberation of the Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements.
