Neither this Agreement nor any memorandum or short form thereof may be <br />recorded by Buyer. <br />16.14 - Third Party Beneficiary. The provisions of this Agreement are not intended to benefit any <br />parties other than Seller and Buyer. <br />16.16 — Business Day. As used herein, a business day shall mean any day other than Saturday, <br />Sunday or other day that commercial banks in the State in which the Property is located are authorized or <br />required to close under applicable law.
