RESOLUTION NO. 8686 -13 BY: Anderson, Bullock, Juris, Madigan, Nowlin, Powers, SmitL. A RESOLUTION extending the reporting deadline and expiration date governing the Lakewood Tree Task Force. WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8613 -12, which created the Lakewood Tree Task Force, es- tablished a nine -month deadline for the task force to report to Council and the Mayor, and pro- vided a sunset on the task force 12 months from its creation; and WHEREAS, Council determines that the task force, which has been working throughout 2013, should be extended in order to complete its work and report to Council and the Mayor; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: Section 1. The Lakewood Tree Task force created by Resolution No. 8613 -12 shall make report to Council and the Mayor by January 31, 2014. Section 2. The task force shall be disbanded without further action of Council on Febru- ary 28, 2014. Section 3. It is found and determined that all formal actions of this council concerning and relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, and that all such deliberations of this Council and of any of its committees that resulted in such formal action were in meetings open to the public in compliance with all legal requirements.
