ExhibitA <br />ADDRESS <br />17848 Lake Road <br />Lakewood, Ohio 44107 <br />Permanent Parcel No.(s) 311 - 05-009 <br />Order No 252270 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio, and known <br />as being Sublot No. 22 and the Westerly part of Sublot No. 21 in the Clifton Park Land <br />and Improvement Company's Clifton Park Subdivision of part of Original Rockport <br />Township Section No. 23, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 29 of Maps, Page <br />11 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land bounded and <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning on the Northerly line of Lake Avenue, as the Southeasterly corner of land <br />conveyed to Anne Walworth, by deed dated October 12, 1899 and recorded in Volume <br />723, Page 55 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Easterly along said Northerly line <br />of Lake Avenue, 150 feet to the Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to Margaret A. <br />North; by deed dated May 15, 1917 and recorded in Volume 1935, Page 411 of <br />Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of land so <br />conveyed to Margaret A North, to the water's edge of Lake Erie; thence Westerly <br />along the water's edge of Lake Erie, about 150 feet to the Easterly line of land <br />conveyed to Anne Walworth, as aforesaid; thence Southerly along said Easterly line of <br />land so conveyed to Anne Walworth, 295 feet to the place of beginning, to be the same <br />more or less, but subject to all legal highways and waterways. <br />Excepting from the above described premises any part thereof resulting through <br />change in the share line of Lake Erie occasioned by other than natural causes or by <br />natural caused other than accretion. <br />
