Section 1. That Council hereby supports both Project "Icebreaker" and LEEDCo's <br />mission to build an offshore wind power industry in Northeast Ohio. <br />Section 2. The Clerk of Council be hereby authorized and directed to forward a copy of <br />this resolution to Lorry Wagner, President of LEEDCo to be used in LEEDCo's grant application <br />to the U.S. Department of Energy as evidence of this community's support for the proposed <br />project and that a copy of the resolution be spread upon the minutes of the meeting. <br />Section 3. That it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the adoption of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this <br />Council and that all deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in such <br />formal actions, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal requirements. <br />Adopted: D e c e b et '2., Zu l 3 <br />Approved: ���. �� „ �� L,:/-J <br />PRESIDENT <br />
