Council and this administration call upon the State to work on increasing <br />citizens' access to the ballot instead of restricting citizens' ability to vote. <br />Section 3. The Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a copy of this resolution <br />to Governor John Kasich and all members of the Ohio Senate and House of Representatives by <br />their clerks. <br />Section 4.
