this Agreement, including a statement that all proceeds of the grant were expended for Eligible <br />Project costs. The notice shall include a report summarizing the actions taken, the resources <br />committed and any problems encountered in completion of the Project. Subgrantee shall further <br />include with the notice, a final report or letter from the Project Engineer verifying that cleanup is <br />complete. <br />5.15 Remedial Action Plan/Specifications, Subgrantee shall comply with and cause to occur in <br />conjunction with Grantor, all the requirements and actions contained in the Remedial Action <br />Plan or Specifications, as applicable (as defined in Schedule 1). <br />5.16. Community Involvement. Subgrantee shall ensure that all public participation required <br />by the County in the Community Relations Plan is met. This includes developing or funding a <br />community relations plan which will include reasonable notice, opportunity for involvement, and <br />response to comments. <br />5.17 Cooperative Agreement. Subgrantee shall comply with and cause to occur in conjunction <br />with Grantor, all the applicable conditions and requirements imposed upon Grantor, in its <br />capacity as a grantee pursuant to the Cooperative Agreement a copy of which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein as Exhibit D. <br />5.18 Procurement. Subgrantee shall comply with the requirements set forth in regulations <br />issued under Section 6002 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)42 U.S.C. <br />6962) with regard to the acquisition of an item and use of specific products containing recycled <br />materials, in accordance with the guidelines listed in 40 CFR 247. In addition, Subgrantee shall <br />comply with 40 C.F.R. Section 31.36 or 40 CFR Part 30.40 — 30.48, as applicable, in procuring <br />property and services. <br />The foregoing covenants in this Article V by Subgrantee shall be enforceable by <br />mandamus pursuant to Chapter 2731 of the Ohio Revised Code. Each obligation of the <br />Subgrantee required to be undertaken pursuant to this Article V is binding upon the Subgrantee, <br />and upon each officer or employee thereof as may from time to time have the authority under <br />law to take any action on behalf of the Subgrantee which may be necessary to perform all or any <br />part of that obligation, as a duty of the Subgrantee and of each of those officers and employees <br />resulting from an office, trust, or station within the meaning of Section 2731.01, Ohio Revised <br />Code, providing for enforcement of writ of mandamus. <br />ARTICLE VI <br />DEFAULTS BYSUBGRANTEE <br />6.1 Default Defined. The occurrence of any one or more of the following shall constitute a <br />"Default" and said term is used herein, and any Default which may occur hereunder shall <br />constitute a Default under each of the other Grant Documents: <br />13 <br />
