Section 4. The Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward a copy of this resolution to <br />Ohio's U.S. Senators, the U.S. Representative for the Ninth Congressional District, and all mem- <br />bers of the Ohio Senate and House of Representatives by their clerk. <br />Section 5.
