GRANTOR <br />shall include GRANTEE as an additional insured on <br />GRANTOR'S liability insurance for claims arising out of any <br />ofGRANTOR'swork or the work of GRANTOR's <br />subcontractors. Such insurance shall be primary and non- <br />contributory for all such claims. <br />10.3 Unless oNenvise agreed, all insurance policies shailbe <br />obtained and maintained with companies rat d A., better by <br />Rest's Key Rating Guide and GRANTOR shall, upon <br />request, provide an insurance certificate confirming <br />compliance with the requirements ofthis Scene <br />10.4 The above insurance raquird of GRANTOR shall not limit <br />w restrict GRANTOR'S indemnification obligations under <br />this Agreement m any way. <br />11.0 TAKES FEES AND OTHER GOVERNMENTAL <br />IMPOSITIONS <br />IIA The partiesacknowldge and agree that it is their mutual <br />objective end intent to had minimize the aggregate <br />Impositions payable with respect to the GRANTOR System, <br />and (b) share such Impositions according to their respective <br />interests in the GRANTOR System.
