Section 17. Provisions not Merged with Deeds. <br />This Development Agreement embodies the entire agreement of the parties and <br />supersedes all prior agreements. No provision of this Development Agreement is intended to or <br />shall be merged by reason of the any deed transferring title to any of the Additional Development <br />Property from the City to the Developer or any successor in interest, or from the Developer to the <br />City and its successors and assigns, and such deeds shall not be deemed to affect or impair the <br />provisions and covenants of this Development Agreement; the covenants and obligations of the <br />City and the Developer shall survive and shall remain binding on the City and the Developer and <br />their respective successors and assigns. <br />Section 18.
