APPENDIX B <br />PROJECT ADMINISTRATION DESIGNATION <br />The Project Administration Designation required by Section 6(a) of this Agreement, and in accordance with the definitions <br />set forth in Section I of this Agreement, for the sole purpose of administering the Project, as defined and described in <br />Appendix A of this Agreement, under Chapter 164 of the Revised Code and Chapter 164 -1 of the Administrative Code is <br />hereby established as follows: <br />The Recipient designates: <br />I.) Joe Beno, P.E. /Director of Public Works to act as the Chief Executive Officer; <br />2.) Jennifer Pae/Tinance Director to act as the Chief Fiscal Officer; and <br />3.) Mark Paplce, P.E./Project Manager to act as the Project Manager. <br />NOTE: Upon any change in such a designation, the Recipient shall immediately provide written notification <br />to the OPWC. <br />
