SECTION 8 COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND PROGRAMS <br />A. Generally - EG &E in the performance of services under this Agreement shall comply with <br />all applicable statutes, ordinances, regulations, and rules of the Federal Government, the State of <br />Ohio, the County of Cuyahoga, and the City of Lakewood. <br />SECTION 9 REMEDIES <br />The Parties shall submit any disputes that arise under this Agreement to mandatory but non- <br />binding mediation utilizing professionals knowledgeable in the subject area. Such mediation shall <br />be a condition precedent to the commencement of any litigation or arbitration. EG &E'S INSURANCE AND INDEMNIFICATION <br />A. Insurance. EG &E and subcontractors shall procure and maintain until all of their <br />obligations have been discharged, insurance against claims for injury to persons or damage to <br />property which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work hereunder <br />by EG &E, its agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. <br />The insurance requirements herein are minimum requirements for this Contract and in <br />no way limit the indemnity covenants contained in this Contract. The City of Lakewood in <br />no way warrants that the minimum limits contained herein are sufficient to protect EG &E <br />from liabilities that might arise out of the performance of the work under this contract by <br />0 <br />
