EXHIBIT B <br />University Tees <br />Economic Development Grant <br />Project Summary <br />February 2017 <br />University Tees Omni Building -13000 Athens Ave. <br />Project Overview <br />Project Site: 13000 Athens Avenue <br />University Tees is an anchor tenant of the Omni Building (Screw Factory). They <br />currently occupy 12,375 W of office space and 25,125 ftZ of production space in the <br />facility. <br />Partner: University Tees <br />Project Scope: Building improvements to expand office space by approximately 12,000 ftZ including <br />but not limited to adding walls, electrical and HVAC upgrades, and to bring the <br />property into compliance with the building and zoning codes. <br />Timeline: Project is scheduled to begin in March 2017.
