BEND, PE <br />DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Please review the attached documents from AT &T for easements on city property to place <br />cabinets for their GigaPower service program. There are three locations in this request: the <br />northeast corner of Madison Park, northwest corner of Winterhurst parking lot, and on Warren <br />Road between the Board of Education and Boston Market. I have worked with the AT &T staff <br />to evaluate areas where they needed to place cabinets and have determined that these locations <br />were the most visually appealing options for their structures in the areas. AT &T can provide <br />landscaping plans for the locations if they are determined to be necessary. <br />Please refer to the appropriate committee for further discussion.
