Addendum B- Equipment Warranties <br />Attached hereto are individual warranties as to individual, identified components of equipment <br />which the DB covenants are 1.) confirmed by the DB as available and b.) shall be issued under <br />the terms set forth therein and per the surmnary page accompanying each equipment component. <br />The DB further covenants and states that information set forth in both the summary page and the <br />equipment warranty attached hereto have been promised to be tendered to the City as the holder <br />of all warranty rights and privileges as of the date of issuance by the City of its Certificate of <br />Final Completion. <br />2811 Pa-e <br />
