• The FOR shall respond to RFIs and shall keep a log of all RFIs and each <br />respective response with all copies sent to the City Engineer and Criteria <br />Engineer. The FOR shall review Submittals such as Shop Drawings, Product <br />Data and Samples for conformity with design intent and conformity with the <br />Contract Documents; and, <br />• The FOR shall revise the Drawings, Specifications and other design- related <br />documents as necessary on account of modifications of the DB's Contract with <br />the City and/or as otherwise required per the Contract Documents. <br />6. Post - Construction <br />The FOR shall revise the plans and related electronic files with the information contained <br />on the as -built documents generated by the DB construction team and its Subcontractors. The <br />FOR shall label the revised Contract Documents and related electronic files as "Record <br />Documents" and reflect the date of the EOR's incorporation of the as -built documents. The <br />Record Documents, to the best of the EOR's knowledge based upon the as -built documents <br />delivered to the FOR by the DB construction team and its subcontractors and the EOR's <br />observations during the progress of the Project, shall detail the actual construction of the Project <br />and contain such annotations by the FOR as may be necessary for someone unfamiliar with the <br />Project to understand the changes that were made to the Contract Documents. In producing the <br />Record Documents, the FOR shall also communicate fully with the DB construction team to <br />ensure the accuracy of the Record Documents. <br />The DB in conjunction with the FOR shall submit a project closeout binder to the City <br />Engineer including but not limited to: final as -built plans, approved material submittals, change <br />orders, inspection reports, material test results, warranties, equipment manuals, operation and <br />maintenance manuals, and other documents as the City directs. An electronic copy shall also be <br />submitted. <br />Upon completion of construction, the FOR shall provide a professional engineer stamped <br />report stating that the Project has been constructed in accordance with the Contract Documents. <br />D. PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />At the time of completion of the design stage submittals as described above and with <br />each pay application during construction, the DB shall present its proposed schedule for the <br />performance of the balance of all Work.
