If applicable, summarize any proposals or discussions from the past that are related to <br />this priority. <br />For many years residents have repeatedly expressed a strong desire for additional outdoor <br />basketball courts in Lakewood. A group of residents called the Lakewood Outdoor Basketball <br />Committee (LOBC) have been organized around this issue. Over the years, members of LOBC <br />have met with Council and the administration and attended council meetings to advocate for <br />additional outdoor basketball courts. <br />5.
