BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor and Council of the City of Lakewood declare the first Friday <br />in June, June 1, 2018, to be National Gun Violence Awareness Day and encourage all <br />citizens to support their local communities' efforts to prevent the tragic effects of gun <br />violence and to honor and value human lives. <br />Section 2.It is found and determined that al formal actions of this Council concerning and <br />relating to the passage of this resolution were adopted in an open meeting of this Council, <br />and that all such deliberations of this Council and any of its committees that resulted in <br />such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all legal <br />requirements. <br />Adopted: !j/i C, �� t o t 's idt <br />� SI E1 _ <br />CLERK U) <br />Approved: <br />MAYOR <br />
