Parcel 1 <br />Situated in the City Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublet No. 121 in <br />The Westlake Park Subdivision of part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 23, as shown by the recorded <br />plat in Volume 28 of Maps, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 49.42 feet front on the Northerly <br />side of Detroit Avenue, and extending back 157.95 feet on the Westerly line, 159.10 feet on the Easterly line, <br />which is also the Westerly side of Westlake Avenue, and has a rear line of 49.48 feet, as appears by said plat, be <br />the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. <br />Parcel 2 <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublet No. 122 in <br />The West Lake Park Subdivision of part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 23, as shown by the <br />recorded plat in Volume 28 of Maps, Page 11 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 50 01 /100 feet on the <br />Northerly side of Detroit Avenue, and extending back 156 81/100 feet on the Westerly line, 157.95/100 feet on the <br />Easterly line, and being 50 feet wide in the rear, as appears by said plat be the same more or less, but subject to <br />all legal highways. <br />Parcel 3 <br />Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Block "B" <br />in the West Lake Park Subdivision on park of Original Rockport Township Section No. 23, as shown by the <br />recorded plat in Volume 28 of Maps, Page it of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as <br />follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of Detroit Avenue, with the Easterly line of Hall <br />Avenue; thence Easterly along the Northerly Line of Detroit Avenue, 100.03 feet to the Southwest corner of said <br />Block "B "; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Block "B" 160 feet; Northerly from the place of <br />beginning thence Southerly along the Easterly line of Hall Avenue 160 feet to the place of beginning. <br />
