6.08. Descriptive Heading. The descriptive headings used herein are for convenience only and <br />are not intended to necessarily refer to the matter in sections which precede or follow them, and <br />have no effect whatsoever in determining the rights or obligations of the parties. <br />6.09. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts. <br />6.10. Time Limit. In the event a fully executed copy of this Agreement has not been returned to <br />Buyer by October 19, 2018, Buyer shall have the right to terminate this Agreement on written <br />notice to Seller. <br />6.11. Stained -Glass Windows. Notwithstanding any other provision to the contrary in this <br />Agreement, the Buyer agrees to inform the Seller immediately upon learning or deciding to <br />demolish the existing Church building. Upon such notification, the Seller shall have a <br />reasonable period to remove the stained -glass windows in the Church building at Seller's <br />expense. The time allowed for such action by the Seller shall be a reasonable amount in <br />accordance with the then current weather conditions and the Buyer's need for removal of the <br />Church building. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, this Section 6.11 shall <br />survive the closing for a period of five (5) years. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto, intending to be legally bound hereby, have <br />hereunder set their hands on the dates noted below. <br />(The signature page follows.) <br />17632204:2 ) 7 <br />
