Notices shall be deemed given upon receipt if hand delivered, or forty -eight (48) <br />hours from the time of mailing if mailed as provided in this section. <br />24. RECORDING <br />This Lease shall not be recorded in whole or in part. If either of the parties hereto shall so <br />request, the parties shall execute a Memorandum of Lease making reference to this Lease <br />and containing only such information as may be required by Ohio law. Such <br />Memorandum of Lease may be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio at the cost of the party requesting recordation. <br />25. MISCELLANEOUS <br />25.1 Time of Essence: Time is of the essence with respect to each provision of this <br />Lease.
