Cuyahoga County Solid Waste Management Plan Update (December 2018) Chapter 4: Waste Management <br />The District is not designating any facilities in this Plan Update and is therefore identifying all <br />Ohio licensed and permitted solid waste landfill, transfer and resource recovery facilities as well <br />as permitted out -of -state landfill, transfer and resource recovery facilities to receive solid waste <br />generated within the District. <br />The District does reserve the right to designate one or more solid waste facilities to receive solid <br />waste generated within the District in the future if deemed necessary by its Board of Directors. <br />If designation were to occur, the facility designation will be established and governed by <br />applicable District rules and the designation process outlined in Ohio Revised Code and <br />Appendix P herein. <br />4 -11 <br />042 <br />
