November 20, 2018 <br />DESCIRJPTION OF EASEMENT <br />FOR THE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE <br />OF AN ELECTRIC GENERATOR <br />FOR <br />THE CITY OF LAKE WOOD <br />Situated in the City. of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio and known as being an <br />easement over.,, thro-ugh, and upon a part of the Clifton Park Land and Improvement Company's <br />Allotment No.. of part of Original Rockport Town'ship Section No. 23 as shown by plat recorded <br />in Volume 48., Page 3 of Cuyahoga County Map Records and more particularly being a part oft .e <br />Private Park,, reserved to owners of lots in Clifton Park, as shown by said plat -and described as <br />Parcel 7 in deed from The Clifton Park Land and Improvement Company to F. C. Case et al., <br />Trustees recorded March 27., 1912 in Deed Book Volume 1382., Page 277 of Cuyahoga Cotmty <br />Records and is bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning in the centerline of Parcel No, I of an easement granted by the Clifton.
