Please Note: THE CITY DOES NOT MAINTAIN TREES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, <br />WITH THE EXCEPTION OF KEEPING THE RIGHT -OF -WAY CLEAR OF LOW <br />HANGING LIMBS OR REMOVING HAZARDOUS LIMBS THAT MAY BE PRESENT <br />OVER THE PUBLIC RIGHT -OF -WAY. <br />H.
