RESOLUTION NO. 8987 -18 — A RESOLUTION to take effect <br />immediately provided it receives the vote of at least two thirds members <br />of Council, or otherwise to take effect at the earliest period allowed by <br />law, establishing the Resiliency Task Force for purposeful planning and <br />advising the administration on matters including but not limited to the <br />local effect of climate change, globalization, population growth, <br />overconsumption, housing insecurity, rising healthcare costs in the City <br />of Lakewood, all in view of the goals set forth in the Community Vision <br />(Pg. 178) <br />Motion by Mr. O'Leary, seconded by Mr. Anderson, to refer 8987 -18 to the <br />Committee of the Whole. <br />Motion adopted.
